You may not recognize the new login flow as we've streamlined the process. This screen may not be available for everyone yet, but when you log out of the App or maybe it's your first time logging back into the App, you may see this screen:
Different, right? Well, all you have to do is tap on "Get Started"! Yup - don't worry! Even if you already have an account, you'll want to tap on that button first! From there, you'll see this screen:
Don't worry, this is the correct screen, even if you already have an account! All you have to do is choose the correct option for how you originally signed up or have your account set to.
TWITTER / FACEBOOK

- If you signed up via Twitter or Facebook, tap on the Twitter / Facebook icon and follow the process.
- Note: If you no longer have access to the Twitter / Facebook Account you originally used to create your TV Time account, please get in touch with us at support@tvtime.com.
EMAIL / USERNAME
- If you signed up with an email (yes, even with just an ordinary Gmail address) OR you know your Username, just tap on the yellow Email icon. You'll see the next screen:
- Note: If you specifically signed up or attached your Google Account using the Google Login Service to your TV Time account (the Google Icon) then you'll want to follow the steps for that login explained further down in the article!

- Enter the email address OR your account's Username for the account you're attempting to access.
- Note: If no account is found, then this screen will prompt you to make a NEW Account. If you already have an existing account, but the screen is prompting you to create a new account, please reach out to support!
- When our system finds you, it will prompt you to enter in your password for your account:
- Once you've done that, then the system will load you into your account and you're ready to use TV Time!
- Tip: If you don't remember your password, just tap on "Forgot Password". This should then send a message to the email on record. Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folders as it could land there!
APPLE ID
- If you used Apple ID to create your account or it's attached to your account, then tap on the white Apple and continue with that process to use your Apple ID + Password to sign into TV Time.
- Note: We do not have the capability to reset Apple ID passwords. If you need to reset your Apple ID password, you will need to use Apple's process for that: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487
GOOGLE ID
- If you used Google's login flow to either create your TV Time account OR you attached your Google Account to your TV Time account, you'll tap on the orange-red Google Icon. From there, follow that process to select the Google Account you used to make your TV Time account.
- Note: We do not have the capability to reset passwords for your Google Account. If you need to reset your Google Account password, you will need to use Google's process for that: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078

I have an account already, but what if I don't see that screen?
No problem! If you see the screen below, then all you'll want to do is tap on "Sign In" listed under the "Get Started" icon:
From there, then you'll want to choose the login method that applies for your TV Time account! You can use the listed steps above as they will be the same. Easy-peazy-lemon-squeezy!
What if I'm not sure how I made my account?
No problem! If you're not sure how you created your account, we can figure that out for you. Just go to the TV Time website and look for your account, then send the URL to your profile page to support@tvtime.com. If you can't find the username, then write to us anyway! We'll get back to you as quickly as we can with next steps!
