Crashes can be super frustrating, so we're sorry you're experiencing this. First, try some trouble shooting steps on your end to see if it's specific to your device or not:
- Check your Wi-Fi connection.
- Close any apps running in the background.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you are on the most recent operating system your phone supports.
- Update the TV Time app, or delete and reinstall if you're already on the most recent update.

Crashes due to app errors usually happen consistently in the same spot, so it should be relatively easy to identify where the crash is happening. If you can figure that out, sending us a screen recording of the crash will help us figure out where the problem is so that we can fix it more quickly.
