PLEASE NOTE: The Google SSO login method (the Google icon) is a different login method than just using your email address and password.
If you're unable to use Google to login, the following is possible:
- Your TV Time account was not created or is linked using the Google SSO login method. In this case, you'll need to choose the correct login method.
- You originally created your TV Time account using Google SSO, but later changed your email address in the app. This will "break" your Google SSO login authentication and you will need to contact us for further assistance.
Regardless, if you're having trouble logging in, please fill out the support form in the upper-right corner of this page or email us at support@tvtime.com, and provide as much of the following information as possible:

- The original email address that is associated with your TV Time account, even if you no longer have access to it
- Your TV Time User ID, if you have it saved (see this article for details)
- Your Username (less reliable if it is a common username)
- A URL to your TV Time account, if you or someone you know is able to locate your profile within the app or web app
