Embarrassed that you're still using the same silly email address as when you were in grade school? Don't worry, we've all been there 🤦🏻♂️
- If you're already logged into the app, you can navigate to your Profile tab, tap on the 3-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose "Settings"
- Tap on the email address field, and you should see your keyboard pop up.
- Delete the current email address in this field and enter your new address. Once entered, tap "Done" or "Return" on your keyboard to remove the keyboard and save the changes. You should see a "Saved" banner pop-up at the bottom of the screen.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS:
- That email address may already be in use with another TV Time account.
- You may have created your account using the Google SSO, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple ID options.
If you're having trouble changing your email address for your TV Time account, please fill out the support form in the upper-right corner of this page or email us at support@tvtime.com, and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The original email address that is associated with your TV Time account, even if you no longer have access to it
- Your TV Time User ID, if you're already logged in or if you have it saved (see this article for details)
- Your Username (less reliable if it is a common username)
- A URL to your TV Time account, if you or someone you know is able to locate your profile within the app or web app
