While it is possible to accidentally delete your TV Time account, it is also possible that you did not, as it is a very manual process to do so. Note that there are THREE confirmation steps when deleting your TV Time account:
- You must tap on the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button at the bottom of the Account settings page in the app.
- There is a screen that appears that reads you a brief overview of your account terms, along with an additional "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once tapped, you are met with a final "Delete account?" prompt that has clear "Delete" or "Cancel" options, with a warning that account deletion cannot be undone. After choosing "Delete", you'll be taken back to the main login screen of the app.
If you believe that you did not go through these three manual manual steps, then your account is likely still active. In that case, please fill out the support form in the upper-right corner of this page or email us at support@tvtime.com, and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The original email address that is associated with your TV Time account, even if you no longer have access to it
- Your TV Time User ID, if you have it saved (see this article for details)
- Your Username (less reliable if it is a common username)
- A URL to your TV Time account, if you or someone you know is able to locate your profile within the app or web app
However, we understand that accidents happen. If you did indeed go through all three steps above and manually delete your account, we're sorry to say we cannot assist you in recovering your account. TV Time account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
