****PLEASE DO NOT SEND US YOUR PHONE NUMBER, YOUR HOME ADDRESS, PAYMENT INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION. We cannot under any circumstances locate your account using any of this information, as we do not ask for it when creating your TV Time account.
Please fill out the support form in the upper-right corner of this page or email us at support@tvtime.com, and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Any email address that may be associated with your TV Time account, even if you no longer have access to them
- Your TV Time User ID, if you have it saved (see this article for details)
- Your Username (less reliable if it is a common username)
- A URL to your TV Time account, if you or someone you know is able to locate your profile within the app or web app
NOTE: Without this information, we have no way of locating your TV Time account. We always recommend writing down your TV Time User ID, as it is the easiest way for us to locate your account (see this article for details).
