Ew, a bug

Look, we get it. Bugs are annoying. They stink. All of us at TV Time are avid users, and we’re doing our best with limited resources to squash any bugs and clean things up around here. However, we understand it’s frustrating when things don’t work right and we welcome and encourage you to let us know when you’re having trouble with the app (psst - check out our Known Issues article first before doing so).
Things that are helpful when reporting a bug:
- A brief description of the issue you’re having
- Your TV Time User ID
- Screenshots and/or a screen recording of the issue
Things that are not helpful:
- Vulgar, aggressive, hostile, and/or harassing language towards TV Time employees
- Opening multiple support tickets about the same issue
- DMing our teams on social media repeatedly, especially if you’ve contacted Support
Above all else, please remember that other human beings are reading every review, every support ticket, and all of your mentions on social media. Also, we encourage everyone to read over our Community Guidelines so that we can keep the TV Time community positive, engaging, and welcoming for all users.
